Wellbeing Boxes are resources to help you take ownership of your health. Each box has interactive resources, local service information and literature about different areas of wellbeing, using the NHS 5 steps to mental wellbeing (connect, be active, take notice, keep learning, give).

What do the boxes contain?

Family and Activity Wellbeing Box

Activities and information for parents/carers with children aged 0–11. Most activities are designed to include your whole family and focus on all areas of wellbeing.

Teen Wellbeing Bags

Suitable for 11–18 year olds, with a focus on physical, emotional and mental wellbeing. The bags can be borrowed by individuals or by organisations for group work.

How do I borrow a Wellbeing Box?

The boxes are easily portable with a clip on lid and carry handle.

The whole box can be borrowed for free from the library by library members for up to 3 weeks.
