Comment on our proposals for the library service.

Wellbeing Boxes are a resource that aim to empower the individual to take ownership of their own health. Each box has interactive resources, local service information and literature about different areas of wellbeing, using the NHS 5 steps to mental wellbeing (connect, be active, take notice, keep learning, give).

What do the boxes contain?

The boxes contain leaflets, flyers and posters about local groups, organisations and activities which can be kept by the borrower. They also contain interactive resources that aim to enhance the information learned from the literature, as well as targeting a wider audience.

How do I borrow a Wellbeing Box?

The boxes are easily portable with a clip on lid and carry handle.

The whole box can be borrowed for free from the library by library members for up to 3 weeks. You can reserve the boxes for individuals and the boxes for groups.
