Hours of work: 35 hours per week
Working pattern: Part-time, Term-time only (working for 39 weeks per year plus 5.65 weeks annual leave, which will increase after 5 years' continuous service)
(As the position is part-time/term-time only, the above salary will be pro rata)

We have a permanent vacancy for a Level 3 Teaching Assistant for 35 hours per week, term-time only (including INSET days). Experience of working with EYFS aged pupils in an educational setting, including children with additional learning needs is preferable.

St Mary Star of the Sea is a one form entry Catholic primary school and the children are at the very centre of everything we do.   • Support the daily planned activities for the children
  • Has the ability to provide classroom cover
  • Follow the teacher’s direction and timetable
  • Liaise with staff, parents and outside agencies
  • Assist with First Aid (training can be provided)
