As a Training Administrator you will join our small, busy team, providing an efficient and effective administrative support service which enables our Trainers to deliver courses to front line social care staff.

The role includes processing course bookings, maintaining databases and spreadsheets, and helping customers to access our training. You’ll be able to effectively organise and prioritise your workload, respond positively to changing priorities, and undertake a diverse range of tasks. We communicate with our customers via email and telephone, and a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service is a must.

The role is based at St Mary’s House, Eastbourne, and there is the opportunity to work part of the week remotely/from home. It’s a fast paced and varied role and we will provide the training and support you need to succeed.

Additional Information

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.

Work Permits: we may be able to obtain a Work Permit for this post but this is subject to meeting the requirements of the UK Border Agency’s Points-based Immigration System.

Due to the restrictions we cannot guarantee that individuals that meet the requirements of the Points-based Immigration System will be issued with clearance to obtain work permits.
