The appointed person would be front of house for the school dealing with parents, pupils and visitors to the school. You will be responsible for and carry out a range of tasks including attendance, admissions, answering the school telephone, providing administrative support to the Executive Headteacher and Head of School, managing the school diary, office emails and our MIS (management information system), receiving and drafting correspondence, parent communication and first aid (training will be provided).
To be successful in this role, you will have a good standard of education, previous administrative and good Microsoft Office skills. You will be methodical with a flexible approach to work and able to use your initiative. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
