Support Worker, Learning Disability Services

Hours of work: 6-37 hours per week
Working pattern: Full-time or Part-time considered

Job Introduction

Our community support service supports adults with a learning disability living in their own homes or supported living schemes. While to the service covers the whole of the county the main areas you will be working are Crowborough, Ringmer, Lewes, Eastbourne and Hailsham. Miles incurred for business travel can be reclaimed at 45 pence per mile.

Your role will involve working alongside clients to help them achieve new daily living skills to enable them to realise their potential, live life to the full and build independence skills.

The role is varied, no two days will be the same.

We provide a countywide service so access to a vehicle for work is essential.
