Training and career development

We encourage a culture of learning and improvement and organise a wide range of face to face training and e-learning courses to support the many different people who work with children and families in East Sussex.

We will give you confidence in your own skills and knowledge, and support you in keeping children and families safe in East Sussex.

Your learning and development is important and you will have regular opportunities to discuss and agree your performance and development with your manager.
