While focused on managing the interactions between attendees in person, it will also cover some of the different challenges we face with online meetings, where all of the attendees are on a screen, and hybrid scenarios that combine both approaches.

The different stages of a project will be explored along with the essential people management skills that are needed when managing and communicating during different phases.
