While focused on managing the interactions between attendees in person, it will also cover some of the different challenges we face with online meetings, where all of the attendees are on a screen, and hybrid scenarios that combine both approaches.
Training objectives The course covers: • The value of meetings: Deciding when to have a meeting and considering alternatives
• Meeting basics: Who should attend, preparing your agenda and options for administrative support.
• The meeting environment: The physical considerations of a meeting room versus the technical and practical considerations of online meetings from home.

Course description This masterclass will provide participants knowledge of the role and principles of financial management including budgeting, forecasting, data analysis, monitoring and reporting. In addition, it will enable managers to understand the financial implications of the decisions they make.
Training objectives The masterclass consists of the following topics:

    • Financial Reports.

    • Budgeting.

    • Financial forecasting.

    • Legislation and regulations.

    • Impact on costs of different scenarios.

  • Date collation, analysis, and interpretation of date.
Learning outcomes By the end of the session participants will be able to:

• Understand business finance: how to manage budgets, and financial forecasting.
• Identify how to manage a budget including a project budget.
• Monitor a budget effectively and provide reports.
• Articulate the financial implications of decisions and adjust approaches/recommendations accordingly.
