Dyslexia Screening Tests - What next?

Schools use a range of dyslexia screening tests: The DST J/S, the Dyslexia Portfolio, Lucid Rapid, GL Dyslexia Screener, Nessy Dyslexia Quest.

These tests identify strengths and weaknesses by screening children/young people for common indicators of dyslexia. However, they do not necessarily advise next steps for support and intervention.

In ESCC we aim to support any child with literacy difficulties. Therefore, this session provides key recommendations/strategies that link to the outcomes of these particular tests.
