Hosted by Diversity Resource International (DRI) Dr Patrick Nyikavaranda, this facilitated discussion offers a safe and welcoming space for people experiencing low mood, anxiety, or feelings of isolation. Share your experiences, receive peer support and connect with others. The session will also direct you to local services and resources.

A warm welcome is guaranteed to Stroke Survivors from any area, with or without their partner or carer.
