Complaint process paused
Where there are ongoing proceedings the complaints process is paused. This is to ensure that the complaint does not interfere with the other proceedings.
Please complete any legal or appeals that you have ongoing before coming back to the Complaints Service.
It may be relevant to raise the issues you want to complain about as part of your appeal or court case.
