Complaint process paused

Where there are ongoing proceedings, the complaints process is paused. This is to ensure that the complaint does not interfere with the other proceedings.

Finish any legal issues or appeals before coming back to the Complaints Service.

It might be useful to mention the things you want to complain about in your appeal or court case.
