Standards for electronic documents
Documents published on public sector websites must meet accessibility standards - GOV.UK. This is so they can be used by as many people as possible, including those with disabilities.
We follow the guidance available on GOV.UK.
East Sussex County Council publishes PDFs (Portable Document Formats) and other non-HTML (Hypertext Mark-up Language) documents. This means we must publish an accessible documents policy.
