Creating greater diversity in our workforce

In East Sussex we have listened to our staff and are taking great steps towards becoming a pro-active anti-racist organisation with a focus on anti-discriminatory practice. We continue to work hard to promote inclusivity and diversity across all of our workforce and would encourage applications from Ethnic minority and LGBT+ candidates. In our organisation discrimination is not tolerated and we encourage diversity to be embraced and celebrated.
