Supporting families with complex needs
The Early Help Keywork Service supports families with many or complex needs. These may include:
- the parent, carer or child’s mental health
- domestic abuse
- drug or alcohol misuse
- housing or homelessness
- poor school attendance
- parenting a child with special needs
- the loss of a loved one
A keyworker will build a relationship with the family and support them for 6 months. Together, they will create an action plan to help the family achieve long-term positive change.
