COVID-19 update

Our response to Subject Access Requests (SARs) may take longer for us to complete at the moment because we need to focus on COVID-19. We need to prioritise essential services to ensure the wellbeing of our residents and you may experience a delay in your response.

While your statutory right of access remains unchanged, our resources may be diverted away from usual compliance or information rights work at this time. We will keep you informed and will respond as soon as resources allow.

Please fill in one of the forms below. This is not compulsory, but more detail helps us locate information. Access to Adoption Records will need to be requested by contacting the Adoptions Team directly

Complete the web form and upload the following documents:

• Completed form or letter detailing the information requested
• Relevant supporting evidence (guidance is on the form). Photocopies of original documents are acceptable.
• If you are a current employee, please inform us and see the guidance notes

Once received we aim to respond to you within one month. Complex requests may take longer, and we will let you know within one month if this is the case. Some information may be withheld, and the reasons will be explained to you. If we do not hold the information you have requested, we will let you know as soon as possible.
