East Sussex Personal Assistants Network (ESPAN)
The East Sussex Personal Assistants Network (ESPAN) is a place where Personal Assistants (PAs) can share their thoughts, ideas, and concerns, as well as benefit from the experience of others.
ESPAN meetings are friendly, informal and led by PAs in their local communities.
You will have the opportunity to discuss issues that are important to you and the valuable work that you do in a mutually supportive environment.
The meetings take place by area, but you are welcome to join any meeting:

Skills for Care
Skills for Care offer support and resources for personal assistants and their employers, including:
- recruiting and employing a personal assistant
- wellbeing resources
- advice on finding work, training, working with different client groups, and managing a relationship with an employer
