Support with Confidence

Support with Confidence is our accreditation scheme for personal assistants and providers of care and support services in East Sussex.

Members demonstrate they are committed to the highest level of quality, safety and training. This includes background checks and references, enhanced DBS and insurance. There is an annual fee to join.

 In return for joining the scheme, you get a range of benefits. All members are listed in the Support with Confidence online directory of vetted and approved services, and two other directories.

Personal assistants who join will also receive:

  • referrals for clients from adult social care
  • expert business and wellbeing support
  • access to a broad range of training courses
