Bikeability cycle training

Summer holiday courses at Eastbourne Cycle Centre have now finished. The next sessions will be during the autumn half term from 23 to 27 October 2017.

A Bikeability course gives children (and adults) the skills they need for riding their bikes on the road. It also encourages children to think independently and make informed decisions

Bikeability – cycling proficiency for the 21st century

All our training is carried out by qualified National Standard Instructors who have been trained in first aid.

Courses at schools consist of five 90-minute sessions. These are run during the school day, after school or during the holidays.

Individual training for adults and children can also be arranged at our Cycling Centre in Eastbourne. We cater for all age groups and abilities including:

  • balance bikes,
  • adapted bikes,
  • mountain biking
  • instructor training and much more.

Bikeability courses are also held during school holidays at Eastbourne Cycle Centre.
