Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs)

If your vehicle has been issued a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN), you can view the details of the PCN, the photographs taken at the time it was issued and pay or challenge it online using manage your penalty charge notice. More information about PCNs is available on our website

Lewes District Council (LDC) car parks

If you would like to contact someone about changing the restrictions or tariff in one of LDCs car parks please email LDC.

Car parks in Eastbourne and Hastings boroughs

We do not manage any car parks in these areas. Any queries should be directed to the owner of the car park. Contact details are usually displayed on the signs in the car park. If you have been issued a PCN in one of the Eastbourne or Hastings council owned car parks you will need to contact the relevant council to pay or challenge it.

Rother and Wealden

Parking in Rother and Wealden has not been decriminalised, this means that we cannot carry out any enforcement in these areas. Enforcement of the existing on street restrictions is the responsibility of the Police. Enforcement in car parks managed by the car park owner, in most cases this is the district council.
