Your pass is damaged, lost or stolen and needs replacing

If your older person's bus pass or disabled person's bus pass is damaged, lost or stolen please see our replacement page Replacing a lost, stolen or damaged pass.

Your bus pass is in date but does not scan

An older person's bus pass or disabled person's bus pass can be cancelled electronically even though the date on the front is still valid. This is known as hot listing. Once this has happened, the bus is no longer valid for free travel. This may happen if your pass was reported lost or stolen or has been used fraudulently.
