This privacy notice covers personal information collected by the East Sussex Record Office, the archive repository of East Sussex County Council and the Local Place of Deposit for Public Records under the 1958 Public Records Act. Documents are retained and preserved in order to be used, both now and in the future, subject to whatever statutory rules governing such access are in place.
