Library meeting rooms

East Sussex libraries will be closed for Christmas and New Year:
- Tuesday 24 December to Thursday 26 December (inclusive)
- Tuesday 31 December and Wednesday 1 January 2020
Online library services – including e-catalogue and the online reference library will be available throughout the holiday period.
1. Venues and prices
You can hire a meeting room at 6 libraries across the county.
- Meeting rooms are available for hire on an hourly basis during Monday to Saturday
- You need Public Liability Insurance. If you don’t have it, you can buy Hirer’s Liability Insurance from us at 15% of the room hire cost.
- Laptops are available to hire at some locations for £25 per session.

You can also hire rooms at The Keep in Brighton for a day or half a day. This is ideal if you want something larger for your group, class, meeting or conference, with space for up to 150 people.
