Library meeting rooms

1. Venues and prices

You can hire a meeting room at 6 libraries across the county.

• Meeting rooms are available for hire on an hourly basis during Monday to Saturday
• You need Public Liability Insurance. If you don’t have it, you can buy Hirer’s Liability Insurance from us at 15% of the room hire cost.
• Laptops are available to hire at some locations for £25 per session.

You can also hire rooms at The Keep in Brighton for a day or half a day. This is ideal if you want something larger for your group, class, meeting or conference, with space for up to 150 people.
