We are looking for a self-motivated and experienced Teaching assistant to take on the role of supporting children outside of the classroom as well as inside. You will provide support through collaborating with the class teachers and implementing interventions and group work.
The role will involve nurturing children who may become distressed at the start of the school day. Experience with Speech and Language, sensory circuits and jump ahead are desirable but not essential.
This role would suit somebody who has experience of supporting children with who may need help with improving their attainment and is caring and calm with the patience to support children's individual academic needs.
Normal working hours will be Monday to Friday 8:30am until 3.15pm. This is a permanent post.

- have excellent behaviour management skills;
- understand SEN;
