An exciting opportunity has arisen for a self-motivated Caretaker to join our committed site team. You will be assisting the Site Manager in day to day maintenance and security of the site. You must be proactive and flexible, with a willingness to undertake minibus training.
This role is 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year. grade SS03 - 04 pt 7-10. Salary: £26,871 - £27,634 p.a. (the salary includes a shift allowance of 12.5%).
You will be required to operate as part of the shift system at the College (2 weeks early shift 07:30 - 16:00 and 1 week late shift (12:00- 20:00 or 14:00 - 22:00).
(To qualify for SS04 pay grade you must be able to demonstrate experience of general maintenance or offer a particular skill applicable to the role).
This post is subject to an enhanced DBS Disclosure.
