This is a fabulous opportunity for a dedicated and organised person to join the school team at The Haven CE Methodist School, which is part of Diocese of Chichester Academy Trust.   We are seeking to appoint a highly flexible, self-motivated and reliable Behaviour Specialist Teaching Assistant. 

The Behaviour Teaching Assistant will:

  • Work with a range of pupils: provide support across various age ranges addressing diverse behavioural needs and challenges.
  • Implement behaviour management strategies: collaborate with teachers and other professionals to execute individualised behaviour support plans and foster positive behaviour in the classroom.
  • Offer one-on-one support: work closely with pupils who have complex educational and behavioural needs, providing tailored assistance to improve their learning experience and social-emotional development. 
  • Contribute to a positive learning environment: utilise specialised skills to support teachers in maintaining an atmosphere conducive to learning for all pupils.
