Nursery Lead
37.5hrs per week, term time only

We are looking to recruit a passionate and dedicated Nursery Lead for our wonderful nursery located within the heart of our EYFS provision. Aurora Academies Trust operates four nurseries at its schools in Bexhill and Eastbourne, all are rated good by Ofsted. King Offa Nursery believes that children are at the heart of everything we do and aspire to.
The role:
A full time, term time only position for a talented and experienced Nursery Lead.
You will:
- Hold a minimum L3 childcare qualification with a passion to upskill further
- Have previous room lead/nursery management experience
- Be a positive role model to our children and your team
- Have strong EYFS knowledge

The salary shown reflects an interim 2024/2025 pay award, pending completion of the negotiations between the National Employers and the Trade Unions. The difference between this and what is agreed as the final pay award will be paid as a lump sum back pay, when announced by the government and the Trade Unions.
