Do you enjoy driving, and being kept busy whilst supporting vulnerable people in achieving improved lives?

As a driver for Milton Grange Day Centre, we will require you to safely transport clients to and from the Day Centre. You will also be responsible for weekly and monthly checks on the vehicles, reporting any concerns to management, as well as keeping the bus clean and well-maintained in order to operate our professional service.

We are looking for people who:

  • Already have acquired D1 on their licence or be happy to take on the training to acquire this. 
  • Are good-natured, kind, and considerate.
  • Are flexible with your approach to others.
  • Have a minimum of 3 years driving experience.
  • Are willing to undertake specific work-related training.

This post is a relief role to support the service as and when required.

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.

Work Permits: we may be able to obtain a Work Permit for this post but this is subject to meeting the requirements of the UK Border Agency’s Points-based Immigration System.
