As an Integrated Therapy Coordinator working within the Joint Community Rehabilitation team, you can make a real difference to a person’s life.

We have two vacancies available, one based in our team in Lewes and one based in Bexhill.

The role will include working in partnership with therapy and support staff to establish peoples’ needs and identify goals for them to work towards. 

We are looking for candidates who can:

  • Use their organisation skills to coordinate the deployment of therapy staff.
  • Ensure that all relevant assessments are completed.
  • Assess and reduce risks to allow clients to remain as safe as possible in the own home, using a reablement approach.
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals

The role will oversee the provision of daily living equipment to help people maximise their potential and promote their independence in their home.

We are looking for candidates who have:

  • Good organisational skills
  • Good communication
  • Ability to work effectively with a range of professionals to achieve the best outcome for out clients

We will support you to develop the skills you’ll need to manage the challenges of this role which can be fast paced and require you to work alongside, and negotiate with partners.

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.

Work Permits: we may be able to obtain a Work Permit for this post but this is subject to meeting the requirements of the UK Border Agency’s Points-based Immigration System.
