We are looking for someone who gets things done.  An experienced and exceptional project manager who can work alongside operational colleagues to improve key areas of our business. This post will have a specific focus on improving the customer experience of people contacting Adult Social Care for assessment. 

About you

You will be a highly motivated person with a background in designing and implementing change and in project management.  You will have an understanding of the important role that Adult Social Care can play in people's lives and a commitment to making the customer journey better.  You will know how to work collaboratively with people across a large, complex organisation to build consensus for change and to successfully embed new ways of working.

You will have the ability to use qualitative and quantitative information to design evidence based solutions that keep the customer at the centre of everything you do.  You will have experience or an excellent understanding of working in a public sector environment.

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.

Work Permits: we may be able to obtain a Work Permit for this post but this is subject to meeting the requirements of the UK Border Agency’s Points-based Immigration System.
