Hours of work: 25.25 Hours (TA) 5 Hours (MDSA)
Working pattern: Part-time, Term-time only (working for 39 weeks per year plus 7 weeks annual leave, which will increase after 5 years' continuous service)
(As the position is part-time/term-time only, the above salary will be pro rata)

The school will need to ensure that they are not knowingly employing a person who is disqualified under the 2018 Regulations in connection with relevant childcare provision. Accordingly, the successful candidate will be required to demonstrate to the school, by completing a self-declaration form as part of the pre-employment checks process, that they have not been disqualified under the 2018 Regulations.

Maternity Cover EYFS Teaching Assistant 2 or 3/MDSA
To start November 2023
25.25 hours (Mon to Fri 8.30 to 15.15, Thurs starting at 8.15 this includes MDSA 5 hrs).
Potential to also be part time 8.15 – 1.00pm (MDSA – 5 hours) Salary: TA2 Grade 3 

The Governors of the Pioneer Federation and the Executive Headteacher are seeking to appoint an experienced, self-motivated and creative teaching assistant to work in our school. Initially this will be in an Early Years class but may work across the full primary age range. Role may also include SEN interventions.

Work Permits: we may be able to obtain a Work Permit for this post but this is subject to meeting the requirements of the UK Border Agency’s Points-based Immigration System.
