£22,778 - £23,620 pro-rata, Actual Salary £7,446 - £7,722 

2 days (14 hours) per week (Days to be agreed)

Term time weeks plus inset days

The job role consists of:

  • Managing the work of teaching assistants and support the induction of new staff, appraisal, training and mentoring for other teaching assistants. 
  • Creating strong, positive relationships with the children, developing them personally, socially, emotionally and academically.
  • Providing support for pupils and staff in order to raise and maintain the highest standards of achievement for all pupils
  • Encouraging pupils to become independent learners
  • Ensuring the pupils safety and welfare
  • Supporting the inclusion or pupils in all aspects of school life.
