Chyngton Primary school is a two-form entry school in Seaford that puts our children’s wellbeing and happiness at the very heart of all that we do.

Our approach to learning and support has also earned us high praise from Ofsted, who said in May 2022 “Pupils are happy at Chyngton. They are proud of their school. They say that the school values ‘Be kind, be safe, be ready for learning’ match their day-to-day experience of school.”

We are proud of our children’s learning and progress through our ambitious curriculum. We have recently joined the ‘Seaford Learning Trust’ along with Seaford Head secondary School to develop a seamless curriculum across both schools and share resources and expertise.

We can offer you:

•         A thriving school community!

•         Pupils who are happy and keen to learn

•         Staff who are friendly, welcoming and caring

•         A supportive workplace environment: "Staff feel well supported by leaders and appreciate that their workload and well-being are considered." (Ofsted May 2022)

•         Comprehensive induction to our school team

•         Continued professional development

We welcome visits to the school if you would like to find out some more about us.
