Are you a skilled team leader ? Do you have the ability and positive attitude to lead our team of support workers across the county ?

East Sussex Community Support and Supported Living are seeking a highly skilled team leader to join the team, we support tenants living in supported living placements across the county. Currently we have 3 but will be expanding to 5 schemes in the next 2 years. 

This is an exciting opportunity to supervise designated staff to maintain a safe, caring, effective and responsive service. To lead, alongside the service manager, the day to day running of the service, ensuring that all Health and Safety requirements are maintained.

To manage, alongside the service manager, the deployment of staff, ensuring that resources are used effectively and within budget limitations

Your role will also include; supporting people out in the community, working alongside people to maintain and learn new skills, supporting with activities and providing personal care. A full training program is available to support you in your role - including medication, health and safety, Safeguarding and manual handling training. The opportunity to undertake development training. 

This role is eligible for the ESCC Refer a Friend scheme.
