Are you an enthusiastic and committed person? Passionate about making improvements whilst ensuring the safety of the building?

As a part of the facilities team, you will lead the way in providing Health and Safety checks, reporting and undertaking any minor building repairs as well as some light decorating tasks. You will be working closely with another handyperson, facilities supervisor and Intermediate care manager.

 

We are looking for candidates who are:

  • Physically able to carry out all tasks as required
  • Have a sound knowledge of building maintenance and cleaning
  • Ability to work to required standards
  • Initiative to plan, prioritise and work with minimal supervision and work independently
  • Team players
  • Have basic IT skills

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
