Hours of work: Up to 37 hours per week.
Working pattern: Full-time but Part-time and job share will be considered. Term-time only (working for 40 weeks per year plus 6 weeks annual leave, which will increase after 5 years' continuous service).
(As the position is term-time only, the above salary will be pro rata).

Administrative Assistant to the Strategic Leadership Team

Part-time and job share considered. Working hours available between 8.30am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday.

Please state in your application the number of days/hours per week you would prefer to work.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, efficient and trustworthy colleague, who wants to make a difference to young persons’ lives, to work within our busy and friendly administrative team. The successful candidate will provide secretarial, clerical and general administrative support to our Strategic Leadership Team, Support Services and HR department.  Candidates will need to have good administrative and IT skills and the ability to communicate with a range of audiences. Training for the role will be provided if required.

Work Permits: we may be able to obtain a Work Permit for this post but this is subject to meeting the requirements of the UK Border Agency’s Points-based Immigration System.
