A permanent, part time position for a Resource Officer within the County Wide Reviewing Team has become available. Internal secondments will be considered with the agreement of your line manager.

This is an exciting post offering the opportunity to work across the county in partnership with people in a multi-disciplinary way, promoting the independence of the adults we work with. You will be undertaking Care Act (2014) compliant reviews and re-assessments, offering support, guidance and signposting where necessary.

You will need to be confident and competent in assessing risk, undertaking mental capacity assessments, to have knowledge of Safeguarding Adults practice and be willing to develop in these areas. You will have the ability to work flexibly, work to deadlines, to contribute to key projects and to the success of this high achieving team.

This is a challenging role – but there’s no shortage of rewards either – as the part you play will ensure our service continues to develop, giving positive outcomes for vulnerable people who have been assessed as meeting the Adult Social Care eligibility criteria.

All applications will be considered against the Job Description and Person Specification.
