Project Manager - East Sussex Health and Care Transformation

Hours of work: 37 hours per week
Working pattern: Full-time
Fixed term for: 12 months to cover a temporary secondment (secondments welcome with line manager's approval)

The East Sussex Health and Care Transformation Team are seeking an experienced Project Manager to help develop and manage multi-agency delivery plans and projects aimed at improving population health, reducing health inequalities and integrating care.  The successful candidate will be skilled at working with subject matter experts across public and voluntary sector services and other stakeholders to identify and coordinate actions, and monitor progress towards shared goals. 

The post is initially offered on a twelve month fixed term basis to cover a temporary secondment, and is an ideal development opportunity to learn about our East Sussex Health and Care Partnership, local joint Health and Wellbeing Strategy delivery and our new Sussex Integrated Care System.

Additional Information

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.

Work Permits: we may be able to obtain a Work Permit for this post but this is subject to meeting the requirements of the UK Border Agency’s Points-based Immigration System.

Due to the restrictions we cannot guarantee that individuals that meet the requirements of the Points-based Immigration System will be issued with clearance to obtain work permits.
