An opportunity has arisen for a full time Administration Support Officer to join our team within Adult Social Care. This role will be based at St Mary’s House, Eastbourne.
You will assist the Eastbourne Neighbourhood Support Team, Occupational Therapy and Sensory Teams to provide a great service to the people of East Sussex.
You will need to be a great communicator with strong MS Office skills and a real passion for delivering excellent customer service. An excellent telephone manner is essential, along with the ability to organise and prioritise your work effectively. As part of this role you will record minutes of complex client based statutory meetings. A high standard of written English and experience of taking minutes is essential for this role.

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
Work Permits: we may be able to obtain a Work Permit for this post but this is subject to meeting the requirements of the UK Border Agency’s Points-based Immigration System.
