Working pattern: Part-time, Term-time only (working for 40 weeks per year plus 6 weeks annual leave, which will increase after 5 years' continuous service)

Cover Manager (Term Time)

To start September 2022

Priory is a very successful school with an excellent reputation. We are advertising for a permanent, Cover Manager to work 30 hours a week, with a start time of 7.00 a.m. each day.

The Cover Manager is responsible for arranging the day-to-day management of cover for absent teachers and staff including the co-ordination and allocation of Cover Supervisors.  Working with supply agencies and supply staff to cover short-term and long- term absences.

It is essential that you have excellent communication and organisational skills and a meticulous approach to administrative tasks.  A good level of IT skills is required.  Training will be provided.

The actual yearly salary is £14,336 to £14,622 for working 30 hours week, term time, plus inset days and one week in the holidays.  This is based on Single Status Grade 5, £20,043-£20,443.
