Hours of work: 37 hours per week

Being a forward thinking modern local authority with a net-zero target for carbon emissions means focusing on the environment and the part we can play. You’ll be working as part of a great team; ensuring our sites receive accurate energy and water invoices. You will also help support in resolving queries, achieving savings and reducing our carbon footprint. Your role will also involve liaising with customers and suppliers so good communication skills via email, teams and telephone are essential. Good Microsoft office skills and being able to work to deadlines will be key. An understanding of energy and suppliers would be useful however training can be given to the successful candidate. This role offers an excellent start for a career in energy. We offer a supportive team working environment, working between home and the office with flexible working.

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.

Work Permits: we may be able to obtain a Work Permit for this post but this is subject to meeting the requirements of the UK Border Agency’s Points-based Immigration System.
