Cleaner -  Robsack Wood Primary Academy

Working pattern: 3.45pm to 6.45pm Monday to Friday, term time only plus some additional hours during the school holidays by arrangement.

Actual starting salary: £7,463.77

Can you help us to provide a hygienic, safe workplace for our students and staff?

We are seeking an experienced Cleaner to join our friendly team. This role is paramount to ensuring our employees and students are in an hygienic and safe workplace.

Your role will include:

  • Maintaining a clean and tidy environment in both customer-facing areas and employee/student areas
  • Operating industrial cleaning machinery
  • Collecting and removing waste from work areas and taking to collection points as directed

To succeed you will have:

  • Experience of undertaking a range of cleaning duties
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations relating to the operation of cleaning equipment and use and storage of cleaning materials
  • The ability to be flexible and act on your own initiative
  • A keen eye for detail
