The school will need to ensure that they are not knowingly employing a person who is disqualified under the 2018 Regulations in connection with relevant childcare provision. Apprentice Teaching Assistants required for September
We are looking for self-motivated people who wish to be trained as a Teaching Assistant Apprentice. The apprenticeship will be made up of practical employment experience whilst having an education programme that will lead on to a nationally recognised qualification. You will learn to work in a school environment supporting the learning and care of students, working with a team and as an individual. Observation and assessment by professional teachers and assessors takes place throughout the term of the apprenticeship to build upon your levels of understanding leading toward your qualification. The successful applicant will have the privilege to support our children's learning in their lessons.
The successful candidate will:

- Have the ability to communicate professionally to all both orally and in writing
- Have good organisational, planning and follow through skills
- Exercise discretion and maintain confidentially

Work Permits: we may be able to obtain a Work Permit for this post but this is subject to meeting the requirements of the UK Border Agency’s Points-based Immigration System.
