Hours of work: 33.5 hours per week
Working pattern:  Part-time and Term-time only 
(As the position is part-time and term-time only, the above salary will be pro rata)

St Mary’s is an SEMH all boys special school, located in Horam/Heathfield, East Sussex. We have a rare opportunity to join our Pastoral Team, as a Pastoral Support Assistant. The role is to support our pupils to fully engage with our curriculum, which will include an increase in attendance.  We are looking to recruit an innovative and proactive practitioner, with excellent inter-personal skills, the ability to work on a 1-1 or in small groups of pupils and also has the resilience and passion to work with pupils who may present with challenging behaviour.
