We are seeking a Bursar 3 for 20 hours per week, term-time only, for a fixed-term of one year (salary will be pro-rata). The days/times to be worked will be agreed at the interview stage as some flexibility is available.
The successful candidate will:
• Be a strategic thinker;
• Have excellent financial, communication, IT and office skills;
• Take responsibility for all the school’s business work; finance, personnel and premises;
• Be able to work under pressure;
• Good knowledge of accounting and financial management (experience of SIMs an advantage);
• Be able to work in partnership with the Headteacher and Governors;
• Have good interpersonal skills with both adults and children.
