Recruitment Administrator DPS

Hours of work: 37 hours per week
Working pattern: Full-time
Fixed term for: 12 months

We have an exciting opportunity for a friendly and organised person to support the recruitment process for some of the most vital roles in our community.

You’ll engage with and support people enquiring about social care jobs in East Sussex – helping them understand the range of roles on offer and assisting them through the recruitment process. You’ll also support the advertising of roles, chasing for references and setting new starters up on the system. The role is varied. You will work closely with colleagues in our communications, human resources and adult social care teams.

You’ll be based in our friendly and multi-skilled communications team but you’ll work closely with colleagues in our Adult Social Care department, who arrange the care of thousands of the most vulnerable people in every town and village in East Sussex.

The role is based at County Hall in Lewes but with flexibility to work remotely on some days of the week.

This is a fantastic opportunity to start your career in your HR or Marketing and Communications. You will be fully supported in your role, development opportunities are available and free training is provided.

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.

Work Permits: we may be able to obtain a Work Permit for this post but this is subject to meeting the requirements of the UK Border Agency’s Points-based Immigration System.
