Could you work for adult social care?

We’re looking for calm and resourceful people who can help our clients remain independent, get out into the community and make the most of their lives.

You’ll need to be a ‘people person’ who enjoys building relationships and who understands how to treat others with respect. A sense of humour is useful and a willingness to go the extra mile whenever you can.

In fact, you’ll find that for many roles, life experience and empathy are the most important ‘qualifications’. You may be someone who has grown up alongside or cared for someone vulnerable or who has a disability in your own family. Naturally, for some roles, more extensive experience, specific qualifications or a degree will be necessary.

As a result, we welcome applications from all backgrounds. When we find the right people we are keen to offer opportunities for training and development and a real career path.
