Coaching to Improve Performance for Line Managers is a two-day programme for Children's Services line-managers and others who have an influencing role. It provides participants with the skills to use a coaching approach with direct reports in a way that empowers them and helps them to take responsibility for improving performance in their role.
Important Information
A coaching style inventory will be sent out prior to the course. Please complete and score it, then bring it along on the first day of the course.
Who can attend this course?
Children's Services line-managers and others who have an influencing role. NHS staff who are part of the 0-19 service.
