Developing your early years curriculum – 3 Key Questions to consider
Curriculum is a much talked about issue in early childhood settings so these three connected workshops are an important opportunity to do some shared thinking about what this means for young children’s development, learning and progress.
Each webinar will reference the EYFS Statutory Framework and the Ofsted EIF; and include examples from practice, children’s learning stories, time for discussion and Q & A’s.
To gain the most from these workshops the same person should attend all three.
There may be some practical activities to complete between sessions.
To bring with you:
- Statutory Framework for the EYFS 2021
- Development Matters or Birth to Five Matters
Training objectives
To explore what curriculum looks like in the early years by examining the areas of:
- curriculum intention
- curriculum implementation and intent
- creating a curriculum 'recipe'
