Crisis Management

Schools Crisis Management Plan Overview

Every establishment should have a Crisis Management Plan and a trained team who will coordinate a response to critical situations. The 2019 template has been revised and split into two documents, one is guidance for schools on how to complete a Crisis Management Plan and the factors that need to be considered, and the other is a plan template.

This course is an opportunity to learn more about the new documents, the information required and best practice.

  • Read the new template and guidance (this will be sent before the course start date) and have a copy of school’s current plan.
