End of life care
Update | Closure of project Echo. Sussex Hospices Collaboration have decided not to proceed with Project ECHO on a permanent basis after the pilot ends. This means Project ECHO is closing. The last ECHO session for Six Steps is 29th June 2023. Please note all Care home staff and Care Home Matrons registered to Project ECHO will have access to Moodle where all the recorded videos from ECHO sessions, presentations and resources are stored, until 1 February 2024. |
